Our team is uniquely experienced to deliver high quality reviews, reports and action plans in collaboration with your Board and executives. Penelope Kenny is a Chartered accountant and company Director, with a Masters degree in Cultural policy. Jean Callanan is a marketing strategist, qualified business coach and member of the Institute of Directors, she brings unique enabling skills to our approach.

Penelope Kenny
Partner
Penelope Kenny is a Chartered Accountant and experienced leader with a track record of delivering timely and effective results. She has held an extensive range of key positions in state bodies and in the financial services industry.
Penelope led compliance work on the implementation of the Code of Practice for the Governance of State Bodies 2016, both as a consultant to a state body and as chair of the Audit and risk committees of IMMA and of Grangegorman Development agency, where she is board member, by ministerial appointment.
She is a member of the Institute of Directors, and holds a Masters Degree in Cultural Policy and Arts Management from University College Dublin.
She has lectured to post graduate students at UCD, DCU and presents to Chartered Accountants Ireland Continuing Professional Development programs (CPD).
Jean Callanan

A Marketing Strategist with more than 25 years experience of crafting effective marketing strategies for brands and organisations.
Jean has worked as a Senior Marketing Executive and Executive Director in Unilever, Waterford Crystal, and Guinness Ireland both within Ireland and Internationally.
She founded Momenta Hub.
Jean is a qualified & experienced business coach and a member of the Institute of Directors. She is a mentor on the Social Innovation fun THINKECH programme. She is also a contributor to the Huffington Post.
